1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and RayShare Technologies, Inc. By using RayShare, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Users must be at least 16 years old.
• Creators must be at least 18 years old to monetize; adult creators require verification.
• Advertisers, affiliates, and partners must provide accurate business and billing information.

3. Account Responsibilities

Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities on your account. Notify RayShare of unauthorized access immediately. We may suspend accounts for violations.

4. Content Rules & Acceptable Use

Do not upload or share illegal, non-consensual, child-exploitative, hate, or infringing content. RayShare may remove content and take enforcement actions including account suspension or termination.

5. Creator Terms

• Ownership: Creators retain copyright to their content.
• License to RayShare: By uploading you grant RayShare a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, stream, and display your content.
• Verification: Creators must ensure consent for all people in their videos. Adult content must be properly labeled and age-restricted.
• Monetization: Creators may monetize through ads, tips, promotions; RayShare may change monetization programs with notice.

6. User & Viewer Terms

Respect creators and other users. Do not harass or abuse. Do not download or redistribute content without permission.

7. Advertisers & Partners

• Ads must comply with laws and RayShare ad policies. No scams, misleading offers, or illegal products.
• Billing: ad purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Fraudulent activity may cause termination.
• Fair use: Do not artificially inflate metrics or engage in click fraud.

8. Affiliate Marketers

Affiliates must promote ethically. Spam, fake accounts, or deceptive practices are prohibited. Commissions are payable on verified conversions; we may withhold or reclaim payments in cases of fraud.

9. Investors & Business Partners

• Investors undergo due diligence, KYC/AML checks, and must respect confidentiality obligations.
• Partnerships require written agreements and do not convey ownership unless explicitly stated.

10. Payments, Withdrawals & Fees

Payments are processed by third-party processors. RayShare does not store full card data. Withdrawals require verification. Fees may apply for withdrawals and services; applicable fees are disclosed during transactions.

11. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data & Storage Policy. We do not sell personal data.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, legal requirements, or abuse. Users may delete their accounts at any time; deletion follows our retention and backup policies.

13. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe your copyrighted work was uploaded without authorization, submit a DMCA notice to [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RayShare is not liable for user-generated content, lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from use of the platform. Your use is at your own risk.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify users by email, in-app notice, or website banner. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
