- Payments: payment references (processed by third-parties)
- Support & feedback: messages and attachments you send to us

- Device & technical data: device model, OS, app version, IP address
- Usage data: watch history, likes, comments, search queries
- Cookies & tracking: website cookies for analytics and optional advertising
3. Automatically Collected Information
We collect telemetry, crash logs, and performance metrics to maintain service quality and detect fraud. These may be linked to your account for safety investigations.

- Provide and operate the service (feeds, streaming, account management)
- Enable creator monetization and payouts

5. Storage & Protection
We protect data using industry-standard measures:
- TLS 1.3 for data in transit

- Hashed passwords with bcrypt/Argon2

Storage Locations
Data is stored in secure cloud regions selected to minimize latency and comply with local requirements. Media files are delivered via CDN with signed URLs and cache controls.
6. Retention & Deletion
- Account data: retained until you delete your account.
- Uploaded media: retained until removed by creator; soft-delete grace period configurable.
- Verification docs: removed after verification unless legal retention required.
- Backups: encrypted and retained per retention schedules; deletion requests are reconciled with backup lifecycle.
7. Sharing & Disclosure
We share data only with trusted partners required to operate the service:
- Payment processors (for payouts & payments)
- Cloud & CDN providers (for storage & delivery)
- Analytics partners (aggregated data)
- Law enforcement and courts when required by law
RayShare does not sell your personal data.

9. Children’s Privacy
RayShare is not intended for children. Users must be at least 16 years old. Creators must be 18+ to upload or monetize. We remove content that endangers minors and will report illegal material to authorities.
10. Advertising & Analytics
We use cookies and partner pixels to measure ad performance and prevent fraud. Advertisers receive aggregated, non-identifying metrics. You can opt out of interest-based advertising in Settings.
11. Affiliates & Partners
We process referral records, click data, and earnings for affiliate programs. Partners receive only the data necessary to perform their services and are contractually bound by DPAs.
12. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to cloud regions and processors outside your country. We use standard contractual clauses and other legal mechanisms where required to protect transfers.
13. Security Breach Response
In the event of a breach, we will investigate, contain, notify affected users and regulators as required, and publish a post-incident report with remediation steps.
